Jill Magid, die eind 2005 haar eerste solo-expositie had in SMBA, exposeert momenteel in de prestigieuze Gagosian Gallery op Madison Avenue in New York. Daar zijn zes overwegend nieuwe werken te zien. De tentoonstelling duurt nog tot en met 3 augustus.

Hala Elkoussy’s film Peripheral Stories, die in maart/april 2006 continue werd vertoond in SMBA, is nu te zien in de turbine hal van Tate Modern in Londen als onderdeel van de grote presentatie Global Cities. Deze tentoonstelling is gratis toegankelijk en duurt nog tot en met 27 augustus.
